My educational background and real world experience enhances the value of my clients.
I have always been a loud advocate against student loans, but in 2001 after I sought out and received a full fellowship to graduate school and having had successfully navigated through my undergraduate level being fully paid to attend by several avenues, little did I know that The Scholarship Scout was preparing to be born. Classmates and friends began regularly asking me to help them find scholarships and funding sources that best suited, their student loans were unrelenting and they desired relief as they continued their education. Through this process, I realized that I had a gift, a gift and soon I had a long track record of people who became successful based on my advice and assistance.
By 2004 The Scholarship Scout became a full time entity and my fund finding service became available to the general public. Having spent the last six years professionally helping my clients locate and win funding opportunties I have garnered a high level of experience and respect.
My education in Developmental Psychology and Public Policy has helped me to counsel students, from a variety of backgrounds, into successful university scholars. My clientele extends that of current university students, high school juniors and seniors, returning professionals, non-traditional, and advanced degree students.
In June of 2009, I decided to focus on teaching others the knowledge I had amassed on how to successfully pursue a debt-free education. I now teach the tricks of the trade, how to see the educational system with new eyes and use it to your benefit and better identify and gain from the opportunities presented in their own life. Meeting the needs of more people and providing true empowerment.
Now my coaching workshops are highly sought after by all types of students; and parents alike all looking for a way to get ahead and stay ahead of the school loan tuition rat race.
My business thrives on clients sharing their story and our clients have become our best advocates, I want to hear from you, hear your story, and see how I can help you reach your goals.
